City Center Lofts is professionally managed and offers an array of onsite and partner amenities to elevate your living experience.

Natural Light

Through an innovative design, natural light will flood the entire building.

Indoor Bike Storage

Tenants will be able to keep their bike in a secure, temperature-controlled space.

Meal / Grocery Drop Off Zone

A number of spaces in the front of the building will be readily available to meal drop off services such as uber eats.

Full kitchen

All stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, range, oven, and microwave with solid-surface counters throughout.

Lofts

Nearly all units will maximize space with loft areas.  Most lofts have bedrooms and space for an office or common usage.

Community Room

Connection is key to City Center Lofts.  The Community Room will be the hub of activity for tenants.

Private Loading Dock and Freight Elevator Available

Moving in and out will be a breeze.  The private loading dock will also serve as a way for tenants to enjoy weekly grocery delivery from our partner.

Mail Room

Secure delivery of mail and packages for all tenants located at the first floor in the main reception area.

Extra Space

Hallways are extra wide with seating to encourage connection.  Ceilings in units are 15-18' to accommodate lofts in most units.

Outdoor Patio

Located off the Community Room, the outdoor patio will be spacious and feature a grilling area.

Washer and Dryer

For convenience of our tenants, a washer and dryer will be available in all units.

 

Fitness Center

24 hour access to onsite fitness center in addition to full-service partner access to the YMCA.
